What We Do

Our standardized service involves our truck arriving on site between 1.5 - 2 hours before dinner service to begin preparations.  Our truck footprint is 30' X 15' and it needs to be a level parking space.  We set up a service table near our truck for your guests to receive their appetizers, pizza slices, side dishes and salads.  A unique menu of 4 pizzas will be developed based on seasonal ingredients and your personal preferences.  The menu will be ubiquitously available throughout dinner service for your guests.

​​​We will adhere to state and county Health Guidelines for where the event takes place including rules regarding restaurants, caterers and gatherings​.
